Hey,
I have a very juicy question: DENON finally came out with a Blu-ray player (DBP2010CI) that utilizes the same Anchor Bay processor as the world famous Oppo BDP-83 (Critics claim OPPO is one of the best upconverting machines ever!). Now Denon is a new kid on the block that offers Anchor Bay technology.. Will Denon apply the same techniques that Oppo perfected?
(just because there is a Anchor Bay processor in the player doesn't necessarily mean that it will be as good as OPPO, slapping processor on a player is just one step out of many to implement it correctly with the players setup)
So the question is: Will Denon DBP2010CI be just as good as OPPO BDP-83??
