Even still it sounds like it isn't working flawlessly for him either.
I tried waiting 10 minutes myself and the video never ends up playing, the TV shows "please turn on your glasses" and then goes dark.
I emailed HK about it, and their site says expect a response in 1 business day, but that was on Tuesday and I haven't heard back, so I'll see if anything happens there.
It's a shame as I love the look of the unit, the sound is great so far, and the price was right, but if I can't get it to work with my HDMI 1.4a 3D content, I'm going to have to get rid of it.
