Brand New Samsung with awful Bezel Scratches

I'll keep it short and simple. I just received my LN46B630 from Amazon and the bezel is a mess. It has a ton of scratches. This is actually a replacement tv from amazon as my previous one was defective. Is this something they will send the tech out to fix? My previous one had a perfect bezel.

Maybe they sent you a refurbished or open box model. Either way if you're within your return period I would ask them to send out another one. There is no reason you should have to have a brand new tv repaired. (Unless that doesn't bother you)

Amazon often sends out old units. My cousin had me wait at his apartment when the TV delivery guys were coming so I could receive and inspect the unit.

1st unit, major scratches. obviously was not brand new. refused shipment, delivery guys so it back.

2nd unit, scratches again. same delivery guys, and they were baffled too.

3rd unit, finally, amazon sent a NEW unit. A lot of hassle, but amazon is sneaky.


Don't put up with it. You paid with you credit card, you are protected.
