My mom has had some issues lately with vandalism. She doesn't live in a real bad neighborhood, but is seems like there are pricks everywhere nowadays. The neighborhood I grew up in now has gang activity and my mom calls in reporting such. I guess that pisses them off, so a couple months ago someone keyed MS13 Bitch into her SUVs hood. Yesterday, there was a used condom on her front step. Enough is enough. Time to catch these pricks on camera.
What I'm looking for:
3 - 4 camera system that is capable of night vision. It needs to have a clear picture, enough so to identify a face at 20-30 feet. I have a 1TB hard drive to store the footage on. It needs to run through windows XP on their PC.
Looking to spend $400- $600 on a system.
Wiring wouldn't be and issue, I just need to know what system I should use, what wiring to get and how I can set them up to record on their PC.
Please help me help out. I want to make sure this doesn't continue.
