Honestly-- hope I don't come off as a jerk here-- but why would anyone buy one of these monster-sized displays and not use a surround sound system. I have my cerwin-vegas pumping out sound. I wouldn't use any tv speakers, 590 or not. They are all tv speakers, after all.
As for the whites issue, I used to have a A650. It had giant streaks of pink when large white screens were displayed. I strongly suspect it was the special anti-glare coating, as my B550 doesn't have that problem.
