Ico and Shadow of the Colossus Collection.
Both games are remastered on one disc in 1080P HD with optional 3D and trophies, and the collection is available now for $40.

While Ico has always been held in high regard, Shadow of the Colossus is one of the best games made last generation. The HD release improves upon the original PS2 release in frame rate (now a rock-solid 30 fps) and aesthetic visual quality. Here's a very nice comparison video:
Reviewers have almost universally given the new collection stellar marks (copied from NeoGAF). Anyone on the fence about this release who have not played it are in for a treat if they give it a chance:

Apparently Fumito Ueda, the designer of two of the most revered PlayStation games Ico and Shadow of Colossus, is really hoping that his games are made available for the PS3. Perhaps a hint that they can get the HD treatment like God of War I & II collection?

Speaking to 1Up at the Tokyo Game Show, Ueda answered queries about a possible Team Ico Blu-ray collection thusly:
"Initially, I didn't want to consider that. I always thought they were designed for PS2 and should stay there. But lately, I've been thinking it would be nice to provide the games to other platforms to reach more users."
