Turnaround was very prompt.
Tuesday, January 5, I shipped the projector via UPS Ground from Maryland to Kansas.
Friday, January 8, Panasonic received the projector.
Tuesday, January 12, Panasonic contacted me via email and shipped the projector via UPS 2nd Day Air.
Thursday, January 14, I received the projector.
I sent my projector in its original double boxes. Panasonic returned it with the original boxes inside a third box.
A few tips for anyone whose projector requires warranty service:
Contact Panasonic Technical Support at the 800 number or email address on the back of the manual. Panasonic will provide a pre-paid shipping label if you request it.
Obtain and reference your case number in all communications.
Panasonic Technical Support told me their email messages to my Verizon address were returned and marked "undeliverable", so I opened a gmail account.
