Moving - need receiver advice

Moving to a new house in January. Budget is around $500-$750.

New house has 3 zones (family room 7 speakers <4 rears in ceiling>; pool area <2 ceiling speakers>, living room <2 ceiling speakers>, but I am looking for a 2 zone receiver (will use a speaker swicher for the two other areas).

Need a 7.1 system that has seperate speaker connections for zone 2. I don't mind it switching to 5.1 when the zone is active, but I don't want to loose 2 of the speakers for zone 2 hook-up (seems Onkyo's have no dedicated zone 2 hook-ups and instead use the rear center speakers).

Will be hooked up to DLP with HDMI. About 2-3 other items hooked up via HDMI (Cable/DVD)

Confused with the vast brands and options. Thanks for helping!

Most decent recievers have this capability so your best bet would be to go and look at some at your Audio store and then when you decide you can check the net for prices on that reciever. Here is one that is a very capable choice...http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002AKKFR6 or this...http://shopper.cnet.com/av-receivers...-33772470.html

Thanks - I'll check out those. Just looking for someone with experience in a similar setup that would recommend a unit to me.
