WDTV Live Cover Art using Tversity

Hello - haven't seen an answer to this question but please let me know if it has been resolved somewhere else.

Using WDTV Live to stream movies from my PC (Vista).
Tversity is installed on PC. I can stream movies just fine.
Using the naming conventions stated in the manual, I can't get corresponding custom JPG's to show as thumbnails for the movies. It will only show the default image.
If I use the same naming convention on an attached USB drive, the custom jpgs do show up as thumbnails.
So this problem only seems to exist when using a media server.

Has anyone had any luck showing custom thumbnail for movies using Tversity or another media server?

Just got an answer form WD saying "I'm sorry but thumbnails normally do not work on media servers"
