I've been shopping for an A/V reciever and noticed that Denon and Yamaha (and others) both used the highly regarded Anchor Bay Technology ABT2010 chip for upscaling, upconversion, de-interlacing, re-interlacing etc. However, the Denon models such as the AVR 4310 advertise the HDMI upconversion to 1080p 24/60 (Hz) while the Yamaha advertises 1080p 24/120 (Hz). Can the Yamaha really upconvert to 120 Hz? Does anyone know if there's something different from the Denon?
