The double episodes last night were great I thought. Especially the very end of the last episode when Deion Sanders comes home. I can't remember the last time I laughed like that.

"Ruxin, you have AIDS"

That gave me a great laugh. Even the doctors on this show are complete dicks!

Two solid funny episodes this week with good callbacks to early episodes, plenty of funny one liners and great scenes such as the mall shopping, Witchy Woman, Kevin crying and Brooklyn Decker being a really convincing horrible bitch.

And yeah ... "Dude, I don't know who you are but you're about to get chlamydia!"

It also makes me laugh remembering all the people who lodged complaints about the episode when Lily swore on Modern Family. If that group had any clue what the kids on The League get up to they would never stop complaining!

Finally caught up with the final 4 episodes of the season and loved it. Brooklyn Decker is a b*tch! But I hate Pete anyway, so it was fun seeing him get owned. Raffi was awesome every time he showed up, especially when he was stealth-punching people in the junk. I'd say the season ended on a high note, but it didn't. It ended on a hilarious brown note instead. Show got picked up for another season, so I look forward to seeing who they get to play the character of the Shiva winner. I'm assuming they're going to show him.

FX’s ‘The League’ Renewed For Fifth Season
By NELLIE ANDREEVA | Thursday December 20, 2012 @ 9:46am PST

Ahead of tonight’s hourlong Season 4 finale of The League, FX has renewed the fantasy football league comedy series for a fifth season with a 13-episode order. “The League is flat-out one of the funniest shows on television,” said FX’s EVP Original Programming Nick Grad. “Another season was an easy decision and we hope to have it on our schedule for many more years to come.” On a first-run basis, Season 4 is averaging 1.63 million total viewers and 1.45 million adults 18-49. On a multi-run total basis, the fourth season is delivering about 2.43 million Total Viewers and 2.09 million Adults 18-49 per week. “It’s a dream job — we get to make a show we love with a brilliant cast on a fearless network,” said Jackie Schaffer, who co-created the series with husband Jeff Schaffer. “If the Mayans and Dirty Randy are right and the world ends tomorrow, at least we can say we made it to Season 5.”

The League has been renewed for season six!

And it's moving to a new channel!

Thanks for the update, VisionOn.

Any news regarding other FX comedies such as It's Always Sunny and Wilfred? (Could search for myself.)

Fantastic. Let's just hope most providers carry an HD version of the new channel at no additional charge. Would be a let down if FXX-HD costs extra or not offered.

You know, that's exactly what I was thinking. If we all get FXX, will we have to wait another year for FXX-HD like usual?

Darn. Lets hope that's not the case. John Landgraf seems like a smart and good businessman, hopefully he works it out with providers well.

Agreed. This show has continued to get better. I started watching it from the beginning because I play fantasy sports and my wife told me to check it out. Now that it's more about other things and less about fantasy football, I find myself enjoying it more.
