Also this episode was hilarious.

Are they shooting on a short schedule or maybe duping scenes with alternate lines? It's week 2 in The League and they mentioned Ryan Grant being injured.

Great gets for the NFL stars, and Cribbs actually got a TD in week 2 as well.

And holy crap that was a great end to the party, can't remember the last time I laughed that hard.

Epic ep this week. Perfect from the Kevin/Jenny opening, the monkey business, Andre's taste in music, everything.

I realize they couldn't top that Halloween episode, but the League is still delivering week after week. Not only was fear boners absurdly hilarious, I loved the exchange in the park:
"Your gay? Your a cop... although you do have a mustache."

This season has gone by too fast. There hasnt been a bad episode this year. I fear that by holding on to less than 50% of Sunny's audience, FX may just axe The League. God I hope not.

Best line:

Ruxin "Do I look like a liar?"
Ellie "You look like a big dirty stinky liar!"
Ruxin "Ok I sense a bit of anti-semitism there, but I will let it slide"

I completely lost it when Kevin started destroying the nativity and eggs.

I think it'll be renewed. The numbers aren't great but the particular demo it attracts is valuable and there's a lot of synergy here with Fox Sports (that I'm surprised they haven't taken advantage of yet on NFL Sundays).

I hope it's renewed. Best comedy on TV behind Community.

I very much enjoyed it. It contained one of very few roles that I thought Seth Rogen was actually good in.

I haven't see the Season 3 premiere (of any of Season 2 for that matter). I watched Season 1 on netflix streaming and enjoyed it very much. I think I will watch Season 3 now and backtrack to Season 2 at some point - I don't think I will be at too much of a loss for backstory.

I am guessing that the hot blonde (main guy's x-girlfriend) from S1 Ep1 never comes back?

Season two episodes are rerun on FX. S02E01 Vegas Bowl is on tomorrow night. Watch the schedules because they've been on and off for a few weeks.

I'm in the same position so I've seen season one, the last half of season two and recording season three.

I thought last night's episode was especially funny...

Now Baby Geoffrey is forever unclean. Ruxin's life is falling apart.

It finally hit me where I'd seen Ruxin before. He's The Douche(radio show) from Parks and Recreation.

He's kind of a douche on this show too...

I was very happy to discover this edgy comedy on FX! As an avid fantasy football player, it was pretty easy to get into the show. I watched the first season on Netflix straight through one weekend. I liked it so much, I decided to go out and buy Season 2 on blu-ray.

I'm recording Season 3 right now and look forward to catching up with the show soon!

Thanks for reminding me! Ruxin is probably my favorite character on the show followed by Taco.

I first noticed Nick Kroll after searching to see which people are behind the many voices in the show "The Life and Times of Tim."

He is one of the better comedians and comic actors of our time.

Now that I'm finally caught up with the show I can definitely say it's one of my favorite comedies on television. It reminds me of the parts of Rescue Me with the firehouse guys that were funny without the romantic annoyances.

It also reminds me of my friends and the way we interact too, so I can relate to everyone being an ***hole to each other for laughs.

Painkiller Ruxin is funny. I especially liked Taco providing a backing track.

Toilet Beer Pong. Ergh.

That was the highlight of the episode, if only for the fact that he felt obligated to do something so silly despite facing numerous problems in his life.

The holiday episode from weeks ago was very well done. Jeff Goldblum was a perfect choice to play Ruxin's father. Sarah Silverman is always a good addition for a guest spot, and she looked absolutely stunning.
