Remote for Windows MCE XP 2005

Does anyone know of a good but cheap remote that can be used to control Windows XP MCE 2005 and that also includes an IR blaster to control a set top box (Motorola cable box)?

Hauppauge has remotes for sale - most come with USB IR receivers. But most universal remotes have the codes for MCE...
My system has those codes as well as the blaster for controlling a set top box... May be a good match for you. www.bocsco.com/virtualbocs.php

Nice. That is $10 cheaper than the Hauppauge solution - have you bought and tried one? And, have you seen anywhere to buy just the USB receiver? I buy a lot of these and don't need the remotes.

I did not buy the one listed, however I do have the original Microsoft one. The one in the listing is made for Dell but works with any PC. The only difference is the original MS remote has an additional power button for TV.

The same seller also sells the USB receiver only. Search using the keywords 'Microsoft IR Receiver'. He's got a bunch of them.

Harmony remotes also work very well for MCE. No need for an IR Blaster or anything either, as they can also control your cable box and whatever else you need. (They're still trying to perfect the "Mute" button for wives though...)
