Ripped series from Blu-Ray - how to burn the episodes onto one BD-R?

I've ripped my first series (Pushing Daisies) to my Popcorn Hour into .ts files. I'm looking to rip just the episodes from Star Trek TOS however my question is since each episode rips individually - how do I burn the set of episodes to one BD-R? I can convert each file to an ISO and then burn however how can I combine them into one file so I can burn the set onto one disc?

I use Arcsoft TotalMedia Studio (included within TotalMedia Extreme) to take individual streams and recreate them in one BDMV folder with playlist & menu. The episodes should play sequentially (or in the order you determine when creating the folder). I write that folder to disc.
There's a trial DL with which you can test.

BD Rebuilder is a free tool to let you construct a BD-25 (or arbitrary target size). I've started using it to reencode VC-1 to H264 for streaming to my PS3. Not sure if it will meet your exact needs, but it may be worth a try.
