Hi guys,
I would like too know if one can see a difference between DVI to DVI Copper Cable and Fiber Optic Cable in the picture quality?

No, if the cables are working properly there will be no difference in the picture quality. It is digital data and when everything is working there will be no data errors in either case.

If they're working no difference. Fiber would provide advantages obviously over long distances if that's a concern. So yes there is a cabling difference, which will determine whether it works or not, but if it's working properly, won't make a difference.
