Cabinets over concrete

Quick question for about putting cabinets directly on the concrete floor in basements. Is it recommended to put anything under the cabinet? Plastic, tar paper, marine grade plywood, etc?

We have been in our place for over 4 years and have had no moisture/water problems in the basement. All of framing we have done has a pressure treated bottom plate so it would seem reasonable to think that we would need something similar for wood cabinets.

Of course, if we decide to finish the floor first (tile) then this issue goes away, correct?

you definately want something seperating the cabinet from bare concrete.

sill gasket, or building wrap works, as does tiles

otherwise the cabinet will soak up moisture from the concrete and mold like crazy.
