AVR 347 line-level subwoofer problem

Hello people,

I'm new here. And i was thinking maybe one of you can help me with this problem.

Almost a year ago i bought a avr 347 with a hkts 7b home theater system.
It was working fine until now. The problem is with the line-level subwoofer input.

It's supposed to send a signal to the subwoofer so it would get active. This does not work anymore. The light should become blue but it stays orange all the time. Now i was wondering. Is it the subwoofer that does not work good. Cause if i turn the power on mode switch to on. It does'nt work either.

Or could it be the line-level subwoofer output on my receiver.

I have reset the system. Unplugged the cable for 3 minutes.

Could someone please help me with this.

I look forward to any help.

Greetings

Maybe your speaker config got reset? Make sure subwoofer is set to ON or YES in the HK on screen display menu and your other speakers are set to SMALL.

Just gave it a try. Still does not work.

Subwoofer is assigned as LFE.

Any more suggestions?

turn your subwoofer from Auto to ON and see what happens. Make sure subwoofer cables are connected securely on both ends.

I'm having same issue.

I've tried everything above. Reset the AVR347 and made sure the cables are all connected. Made sure that the subwoofer is set to alway son and not on auto.. but does not work..

what can be wrong? Only thing i can't find is "Make sure subwoofer is set to ON or YES in the HK" where do i find that?
