Best Single din DVD deck?

Thread Starter
I am looking to buy a DVD deck for my car (Pontiac Grand Prix '04). I currently have a Valor deck that I've already had to exchange once during the warranty and now the replacement has crapped out and i'm out of warranty!

So, what I am leaning towards is Pioneer's AVH-P5100. My main areas of importance is: Single DIN with detachable faceplate, quality, ipod control steering wheel control compatible and bluetooth phone control.

I'd love to hear anyone's comments regarding dvd decks.

Thanks!!

Best is relative. Cost no object get the Alpine DVI-9990. In order to use it though you will also need the PXI-H990 processor.

Another top one you can get for cheap on ebay these days compared to what they originally retailed for is the Alpine DVA-9965.

i love my pioneer avh-p7900dvd. its graphical interface is very simple, which is a waste of its full 480p resolution, but it sounds great, has flexible tuning options, and can play DVD-Audio.
