Home media solution?

Greetings Forum,
Hopefully someone can have a peek at my home 'hardware' and a viable sharing solution will come to mind...

My wife wants a tv in the kitchen while she's on the treadmill...(no...the dishwasher is not powered by the treadmill )
Rather than running another length of tv cable around the house, I thought I'd look here first as my PC is in the kitchen as well...

Any thoughts/comments/suggestions would be most welcome !

that would be optimal, yes....

or perhaps a video card solution for the pc and adding another monitor?

or a slingbox solution from another video source?
