Opinions and Advice between 3 LCDs (Vizio, Sammy, Panny)

1. Vizio 37" VA370M 1080p LCD HDTV

2. Panasonic VIERA 37" TCL37X1 720p LCD HDTV

3. Samsung LN32B530 32" 1080p LCD HDTV

This is for a bedroom TV at the foot of a queen size bed plus about 2ft of walk around room. I normally go for quality but I'm not sure. Mostly used for HDTV over the air and movies. Will also have a pc hooked up to it for htpc. Living room tv is a Sammy 52a650.

I'm not sure about the quality of the Panasonic and Vizio. All are within $40 in price.

Can you guys help?

Any ideas? I think I've ruled out the Panasonic due to some reviews that I've seen online. This Vizio is a new model I guess and I'm not finding any information on it. I setup a vizio for my grandparents and I have to admit, I was impressed, however, I'm a big fan of the Sammys and another samsung would compliment my home.

I just picked up the Sammy LN32B530 and I've been really pleased with it thus far.
I'm using it as an HDTV and a PC monitor.
