Sanyo PLV-70 green area on right side of screen

Hi everyone,

I've had my sanyo plv-70 for about 5 years now and have been pretty happy with it. Over time I have been noticing a lot of dust blobs on it and now I have noticed a green tint on the right side of the screen.

Do I have to get the unit cleaned? What are my options? Is it time for a new PJ?
