I'm using win7 (32bit), Catalyst 9.11, ATI 4670. I can't get proper DXVA playback on any H264 or VC-1 videos. All I get is a green screen with audio. If I turn off DXVA the video plays but at 100% cpu usage.
DXVA_checker shows that the modes are supported. GraphStudio also shows the correct graph as mentioned in "7600 HA working" thread... that is
MKV -> Haali Splitter -> MPC decoder -> EVR renderer or
MKV -> Haali Splitter -> Microsoft decoder -> EVR renderer
Any suggestions would be appreciated
