Newegg has a good deal on a energy take 5 combo with a polk psw10 sub for 199 shipped. newegg combo

I can also put together a tsc p-series surround and reburb asw-10 sub for just a little less money. tsc p-series

I'm putting this system together for a friend. It will be going in a small room and he's never had anything like this, just wants something to go with his new HDTV. Looks like I'm going to run these off a onkyo sr507, because newegg has a great deal on it as well!

The big question is which speaker/sub set up would best bang for the buck?

I would go with the newegg combo. The Energy take 5's are amazing speakers, especially at that price. The sub in the deal is not the best in the world but not a bad buy considering the price of the deal.
I have not heard the TSC p-series though, so I can't really compare them.
