Battlefield Bad Company 2 game play - Page 14

I've been pretty disappointed with BFBC2 to be honest. I was a pretty hardcore BF2 and prior to that a constant DC gamer but the new one is just sorta 'meh'. Nothing brings back the fun of Desert Combat, even with all of its foibles. The snipers and the silent knife death...over and over and over gets really old. Maybe it's me that's getting old?

they make sniping WAY to easy in BC2. you can shoot across an entire map and only aim a half person length above with the m95 and kill him ever time. Kinda sad but I still like the game. Hoping BF3 is more like BF2 with the HUGE maps!

I am an old time 1942/DC/BF2 hand, and I agree that the "feel" of BC2 is different. I still love it though.

You won't get sniped if you constantly maintain good situational awareness, avoid stepping into wide open fields of fire, etc.

In fact, I got sniped a lot more back on 1942. There was less cover.

Hi All, new to forum. I have to agree with Troubleshooter. BFBC2 Gameplay is not as fun as BF2, got old real fast. Already uninstalled it. BF2 is still more fun to play. Hoping BF3 will be a combination of the better graphics in BFBC2 with Map selection and gameplay of BF2. One can hope. Until then I have a good 29.99 BFBC2 coaster, lol. I can see why they dropped the price to 14.99. I don't remember being this diappointed in a game since EA tried to do a Nascar Racing simulation which was horrible compared to Nascar Racing 2 or 3. Live and Learn!

Battlefield 1943 and Bad Company 2: Onslaught canceled on PC

If that means they will make BF3 better, then I'm all for it!!!!! 1943 would have been fun for a while but onslaught is not something I'd play.

Your not missing much with BF 1943. I bought it for the ps3 when it came out. It was ok but only 3 maps, didnt have all the classes, and unlimited ammo..really. Hoping Dice will pull out BF3 good...Give more ppls a reason to come back to their true love PC lol
