Integra DTR-50.1 vs. Denon AVR-3310 CI

Being newbie in this area, need some expert opinion. :-) Debating between these 2 receivers (similarly priced - Integra ~1400 at Definite Audio and Denon ~1150 at Magnolia hifi). I see that Integra has 2 more HDMI in (one in front) and 1 more HDMI out. But I want to find out
- which one would be better at performance?
- Any key feature differences worth noting?
- Any strong positive or negatives of either?
- Would you recommend any other system in this price ($1100-1350) instead of these 2?

thanks.

I'm a Integra boy, so all I can really do is tell you that they make great products. I own a DHC-40.1 pre/pro which i just got 3 weeks ago and was very surprised at the sound quality, ease of use, and layout. One thing that made me choose Integra is that the input buttons are in the standard "row" on the front panel; the Denon's use a dial to scroll thru inputs which I didn't like the idea. Sound wise they have their own sound attributes. Can't speak for the Denon's (maybe someone can chime in on that), but the Integra is spacious, revealing, not warm nor cold, and just a great sounding unit all together....3 year warranty on the Integra....end of sales pitch
