I'm very, very confused here....but not by the date. I figured that one out using the UKSC (Universal KingShorty Converter).

I dont own a PSP but I thought all PSOne Classics were PS3/PSP playable...meaning you could play it on your PS3 or transfer it to your PSP.

But here on this list I see Final Fantasy VIII listed for $9.99 under the PS3/PSOne classics and then again for $5.99 under the PSP/PSOne classics.

Whats the deal? Did Sony divide them up so now you'd have to pay for the same title twice if you wanted to play on one machine or the other?

I just checked the *OFFICIAL* Blog and there is no mention of the $5.99 PSP version of the game...

I call shenanigans.

I believe it is just the PSP Minis that are playable on the PS3.

Great update for fans of the Metal Gear series. Did anyone try out the new Peacewalker demo for the PSP?

I also see that they made the Portable Ops game available for download.

I'm referring to PSOne Classics....which are all playable on the PS3 and always have been. I think the Final Fantasy VIII was just a mistaken duplicate as I dont even see it on the blog.

For those interested in dynamic themes:
Star Trek TOS Red: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VVnEzBS3bjU
Star Trek TOS Blue: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e2IbtS4ca30

Personally I like the angle of the shot of the ship in the red, but I like motion/activity in the blue. Combine the 2 and it would be a slick theme.

Apparently a Demon's Souls Theme:The Nexus (Dynamic Theme) came out in the Japan store last month. Looks awesome, very subtle. Unfortunately you will need a JP PSN card and PSN account to pick it up.

Hey, that Red Jimmy has a pretty cool feature...

He can swing around his horse like a highbar, and the momentum makes him go higher and higher!

You can easily clear the hotel in the downtown level, for instance...

I once had a burrito that had bacon mayonaisse on it. It was crazy tasty.

Picked up the Heavy Rain Dynamic Theme. I really like it, but I wish the camera didn't swim around like it does. I would have preferred it stay static and just let the rain fall. Still, a pretty cool theme.
