Illico PVR HD Plus in Toronto

Illico PVR HD Plus 320GB Digital Cable Box, will this work on the Rogers cable network, for it is only for sale in Quebec which is dumb?? I would like to pick one up just wanted see if anyone had thoughts on this? 320GB compared to Rogers DCT 8300 HD PVR 160GB hard drive!!
