I don't have one, but the complaints I've heard are limited to price and access. For less money, you could buy a dedicated PC and Audiotron. On the other hand, the convenience of the package may be important to you.
Next is the file protection aspect. Once files are stored on the unit, the only way to get them off is with an MP3 player that supports digital rights management or burning them to a CD in CDA format.
The Rio Audio Center has similar features but supports streaming to Rio Digital Receivers as well, though it lists for $300 more.
