Mr. Gopala had been asking the same question in our local forum here in Malaysia for about 2-3 months already but I think he still confused on what he really want...in his mind, big wattage = big boomy boom boom sound.

After all the contacts we gave him to ask him to go listen to some sub in the shop, which he decline to go and don't even wanna call the dealer to arrange for audition and just stress he has NO BUDGET LIMIT, WANT MIN 3000W SUB and most important the repeating boom boom boommy boom boom....

I don't mean this to be insulting to Mr. Gopala. If I tried to write in Malay, I would sound at least worse, if not funnier, than his English.

I took this seriously at first and tried to help. Then, as he made other posts, I started to think this was someone yanking our chain. Evidently it's not.

His need is typically boom BOOM LOUDER.. Sealed no good no ports, better with ports.. will be louder? tighter? Money no issue.. i like listen tamil music loud loud... at least 3500W onwards power only enough!!

You say you want something but when someone points out a sub that suits what you want you say it's not good enough and you want something else. If you're asking if the PB13 can play loud, the answer is yes.

Don't hold back. How do you really feel?

It all depends on your room. If you have a fairly small room, one will be good. When you get to larger rooms, above 200 cubic meters, then you will want two PB13s.
