Harmony Remote not working with BluRays in TMT3

I have a Logitech Harmony Remote which is working just fine for playing DVD's from WHS via WMC7/My Movies 3. I just recently started adding Blurays, playing back via TMT3/My Movies 3, and it seems to be ignoring all of the basic commands. The keyboard hotkeys work fine. Anybody else have a similar problem?

My HTPC case is an Antec Fusion Remote Black with the Imon Software installed.

My Harmony One remote is working fine with TMT3 and Blu-ray discs with one exception: If you have just moved the mouse, you have to wait about 5 seconds with no mouse movement before it will accept MCE remote commands. Annoying, but not fatal.

Did you have to perform any additional setup in TMT3 or IMON that you remember?

No, I didn't have to do any special setup at all. My MSFT MCE receiver was plugged into a USB port when I installed the OS, and it just worked from the start.

The iMon software is your problem. If the link above doesn't help then you might need to create a profile in iMon for TMT3.

Just another reason to hate iMon/Soundgraph.

Fantastic, that's the link I needed. I also found another thread which says people are still having trouble when they use bluray folders instead of .iso's. Guess what I've been ripping to...

Off to experiment (ugh)...
