Please be patient a bit. They will issue an alert to all terminals looking for package with "Rythmik" on it. Normally they can find it in a week. I know it is frustrating. I do not know how this happens. When this happens to ground, it is the pouch dropped off and gone during handling of the packages. After we realized this we put an extra tape across the address pouch. However, with freight, the sub is on a palette. They don't need to handle the package other than fork lifting them from one place to another inside the terminal. If the process gets longer than a few days, we will send you a replacement sub.
