Well, that sure shoots the possibilities in the foot.
Maybe someone else can jump in who has personal experience with these models. For such a large space, I think vented is your best bet. Vented for large spaces and sealed for smaller spaces as economy goes out the door if trying to plumb the depths with sealed subs. What do you think of a pair of FV15HPs? What do you think of a set of four XV15s. You would be better served with a pair of XV30s with an eye on a third. Maybe a pair of XV30fs with a later eye on a third? As a suggestion, give both Rythmik and PSA a call to see what Brian of Rythmik or Tom/Jim of PSA have to say on the matter.
(i hate dealing with budgets and restrictions and yes, I have a few of my own that I must contend with)
As a suggestion, buy two or three subwoofers now, with an eye on a third or forth subwoofer in the very near future.
In my opinion, based on how much advance research you've done, with such a voluminous space, if you don't step up to a full set of three/four vented subwoofers, you're going be "VERY" disappointed.
(yes, fwiw, in solidarity, i understand the whole push/pull, budget, aesthetic, placement, compromise, waf thingy)
