Would a DIY kit be one plate amp and four 8"? What kind of timeline are you looking at?

I don't have a problem stuffing 15s in my room but I have already done large subs and am now looking to go to a smaller form factor. I was lucky enough to pick up an F12 and am very impressed with it. Back in another life I was involved in IASCA(car audio comp) and did some amazing things with 8s. It started out as an experiment and ended up with VERY GOOD results. I'm talking about almost 30 years ago, when the only people that had box modeling software were the professional installers. It was very expensive...so, a lot of trial and error with Heineken was the way we worked things out! GOOD TIMES!! One of the best ideas we used for enclosures was some heavy duty PVC that we appropriated from a job site. It was used for running sewer lines. YES, we got it before it was used! LOL. This was back in the 80s before the whole sono tube thing got popular. We didn't even have the piece of mind to think about HT use...Had more fun stuffing thousands of dollars into our cars. Had we only known...

was an Infinity vented fart box
that probably went down to 58hz
Hopefully I'll be an owner of a few of these soon enough.
