Digital Audio to AV

So in my game room I purchased a new TV that only has a digital out but on my receiver I only have A/V in. Is there an adapter to convert a digital audio out into the standard A/V cables so I can hook my new TV up to my old receiver?

None that I’m aware of, sorry. But if you’re using a satellite dish, the tuner’s output could be sent to the AV.
