Thanks largely to feedback and advice from this forum, a JVC RS35 is on its way to me soon via Jason.
I've been reading about the various frame interpolation (Clear Motion Drive), and it occurred to me that since I've been driving my projectors for years using a Faroudja DVP-1080 video processor (which accepts just about anything and spits out 1080p/60), I'm not sure how I should view the CMD options. Which course of action seems the best? Source material is primarily HT-PC Blu Rays @ 1080p, with some PS3 @ 1080p and Xbox @1080i and cable box @1080i as well. THe DVP-1080 does a great job converting 1080i to 1080p.
1) I could skip the DVP-1080 all together, and feed the projector directly from my Onkyo receiver's HDMI out
2) I could keep things as they are now (Onkyo to DVP-1080 to projector) and turn off CMD
3) I could try #1 or #2 with CMD on (low or high, etc.)
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
David
