Monkey's Audio (APE) to Apple Lossless (m4a)

One by one, I archived all my CD's to APE files. What is the best program to batch convert the APE files to Apple Lossless?

Correct, I do want it for my ipod. I archived as APE, because I thought it was the best solution at the time. I playback on Media Jukebox, so I think I can play M4A's and not have to worry about keeping the APE's for any reason. Or am I wrong?? I have dbpoweramp, but I can't find a way to get it to work recursively (down directory trees), any ideas?

Try the batch convert shortcut. I just did this to generate mp3s to burn for the car.
