speaker suggestions to match a large room and RXV-3900

I have a very large great room approximately 16x22... viewing area is about 16" back. The room opens up onto an even larger great room and then into the kitchen. I am going to be running a RXV-3900. I am limited to using book shelf speakers in the front and would prefer in ceiling in the rear. Any suggestions on speakers would be greatly appreciated.

what's your budget? HT only or do you like the musics too?

I was thinking approx. $1000 - $1500.

It will probably be used more for HT then music maybe 80/20.

You spent too much on your receiver and not enough on your speaker/subwoofer. I am assuming you need atleast 5 speakers and a subwoofer?

The easiest HT package are the SVSound and HSUResearch package which comes with subwoofer.
