Awesome episode this week. Right up there near the top - I have the cancer ep at #1. Also, Cyril was reading Three-Ten to Yuma.

Accordiing to the credits at the end of the episode, Wells, John Tremblay and Mike Smith all were part of the episode. I'm not sure who Julian and Bubbles played, though.

FX Renews Archer', Signs Production Deal With EPs Adam Reed & Matt Thompson
By Nellie Andreeva, Deadline.com - Feb. 23, 2012

FX has renewed its animated series Archer for a fourth season with a 13-episode order. Additionally, FX Prods, which produces the comedy, has signed an overall production deal with Archer executive producers Adam Reed and Matt Thompson and their animation studio, Floyd County Prods. In its current third season, Archer has posted ratings gains vs. Season 2 of 62% in adults 18-34 (1.03 million), 44% in adults 18-49 (1.58 million) and 32% in total viewers (2.0 million). The show's second season also was up from Season 1. On a weekly basis, Season 3 of Archer is averaging 3.31 million total viewers. It was an easy decision to order more Archer, said FX's EVP original programming Nick Grad. Adam, Matt, and our amazing voice cast are delivering one of the funniest and smartest shows on television.

The overall deal with FX Prods is for two years with an option for an additional two years that will keep Reed and Thompson with FXP for any additional seasons of Archer and any new projects they develop. The overall pact also includes Reed and Thompson's animation studio, Floyd County Prods, to continue as animators on Archer, along with FX's second animated comedy series Unsupervised, and any new animated series produced by FX Prods or developed by FX. This is the second overall deal for FXP, coming on the heels of the mega pact with the creators of another FX comedy hit, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphias Rob McElhenney, Glenn Howerton and Charlie Day and their RCG Prods. Reed and Thompson are with UTA.

Bwahaha! Best show on TV!

This show is consistently dirty/funny but remains clever too.

It's an odd paradigm I know but Archer and The Amazing Race are the only two must watch/record programs on television for me. Archer has yet to fail to blindside me with....something so off the wall and bizarrely hilarious! Thrilled to learn of the additional season!

Some shows are hit or miss... but so are most TV shows. I continue to be glad I lucked upon finding Archer when it first started.

I wasn't watching anything on F/X... so I almost missed Archer when it first aired... I only caught it by accident because I was reading something completely different and saw mention that the folks who had done some other Adult Swim stuff (like Frisky Dingo) were doing a new show.

Sterling Archer is very much like the hero character from Frisky Dingo.

Ok didn't Ray hint that he was faking it, in the 3rd or 2nd to last episode last season?

Pam never did actually find that 5th beer can & I'm wondering if it will turn up later on. LOL Also, whats-his-name got his arm back (but Lana still has those man-hands so it may come off again). Looks like more of the same off the wall comedy of the previous seasons. biggrin.gif

He was faking it, as revealed in the episode where he goes back to his hometown. He was subsequently paralyzed for real in the space shuttle crash in the season finale.

Pam eventually found beer number six right at the end of the episode. It was very bloody.

And yeah, I just had to go back and watch the season 1 episode with Conway Stern as soon as this one was over! Great callback.

Whoops, I completely forgot about the crash.

I came into this show very late and just recently watched every episode thus far. I probably ignored it because I watch almost nothing animated.

I am really glad that I did give it a chance, as it is just my kind of humor. The quirks of each character work extremely well together.

This show is even more proof that FX is a veritable television goldmine.
