Need help deciding between these LCDs

I'm in the market for a 40"-42"LCD, can't decide between these two;

Samsung LN40B550

Samsung LN40B610



Only difference i see is the 610 is 120Hz, is that really worth the extra $150? I read the 610 is basically equivalent to the 630 in the US.
