If you are really not going to record much TV, ditch the tuner card. At least in my area, a tuner card for OTA would be pretty much useless. Save $105 right there, and you can always get on later...
I'm also curious why you went with the asus g41 board. Does it offer any advantage over other g31 boards? I.e. The $43

IMO, you could also get by with a lot less of a PSU. Your pick seems a bit overkill.
I'm planning a build and this will probably be my HTPC with a few tweaks:

. I just built a core i7 on the 1156 platform, but I hesitate to use it as a dedicated HTPC. You didn't mention where you will store this thing either. Mine will be tucked away thus the "regular" case. No need for an HTPC case if its out of sight.
