Gigabyte GA-785GMT-USB3 vs DFI LP JR 790GX-M3H5

I'm in the process of planning out my HTPC build, and have narrowed down my motherboard choices to either a Gigabyte GA-785GMT-USB3 or a DFI LP JR 790GX-M3H5. In order to keep the cost down I am going to forego buying a dedicated graphics card for right now, though I may add one down the line. That being said, I'm leaning towards the Gigabyte due to it's lower cost and USB 3.0 support. Before I made any final decisions however, I wanted to open it up for discussion here.
