Hi, all I am planning to use a Sonance ASAP2 to power speakers in a bedroom. I plan to run line level RCAs to the Sonance amp from my pre-amp.
What I can't figure out is if there is no signal running to the amp does it turn itself off? Or is it using power when nothing is being input/output?
Also, if I wanted to power 4 speakers instead of just 2, would it be best to daisy chain this to another Sonance or similar amp? Or should I just look for an amp that powers 4 speakers instead of 2? I'm also wondering if a speaker selector would work to let me power 4 speakers with the one Sonance Amp.
