Because it's probably not at 19. The wireless antenna (or the lack of) on the S570 is very weak. Keep in mind that a stable speed is as important as the maximum speed. A weak wireless connection will make the speed very unstable. I can stream HD video on my notebook wirelessly at the same place I have my S570. I can't even have a connection with the S570 , 3 walls and 35 feet from the router. I use everything hardwired now and have no problems whatsoever with Netflix.

I even called NetFlix support on the phone and the person on the phone claimed that the HD titles were in surround. I guess this is a live and learn
