Also, I don't know if I want to get the 7000 or the 8000, do any of you regret not waiting for the C8000, or is the C7000 PQ good enough? I'm sure side lit dimming won't be as good as back lit.
Sorry I've been asking so many questions, I'm just really exited to finally put a TV on my empty TV stand.
The C7000 picture is better than the B8000 which is better than the B7000, so I feel it is definitely better than the B7000 plus it is 240 HZ.
As far as regrets about not waiting, I was on a tight deadline with exchanging my B8000, so unless the C8000 come out in the next 3 days I will have to be happy. I guess my point is there is always going to be something better coming out and always regrets. If I had to do it over again, money was not a factor and I knew that a newer, better model was a week or two out (I am not saying that the C8000 is coming out then) I might wait, but I would not wait until mid summer for it (once again, not saying that is when it comes out the either).
I am generally an impatient, and impulsive guy, but there's got to be something good said about being the only person I know with a 3D, thin panel, 240HZ, LED TV.
