Green Lens Spacer

Thread Starter
Hey guys. Just installed my large crt spacer kit into the 1272 and adjusted all of the lens spacers to the L setting also.

My question is, why is there a Green lens spacer. What does it do? I can physically see what the R and B ones do, but the green lense i would have thought should remain in the same position? Or does it move it outwards/inwards to compensate the change on the B and R's?

Thanks!

All colors (green included) need vertical Sheimpflug correction for top/bottom sharpness according to projection distance. Red and green need also horizontal Sheimpflug to correct left/right sharpness, because these are projected off axis.
