I have done the 2 cedia ones but have seen/heard 2 at the studios in LA.
It is fine, they may give Keith Yates a heart attack (with his 5 decibel microphone)
, but my customers get their priorities straight up front.
We are re-centering and bringing out 3" the Kelmar 13 x 9 porthole at Skoll (to accommodate future lensing), I could slide out the glass from the carrier and still have a 6 inch sleeve with which to play with sound masking around the lens guillotine choke panels but I am swamped.... check out Bergelmir and Aegir.
This system is a Dolby System but quite frankly after finding the first comfortable pair of 3D eyeglasses with incredibly good MTF (you actually fall asleep with them on), I am leaning to RealD 3D probably for good.
I am not going to say I don't give a Rats ass if the speakers are not behind the screen any more (hush but it's my thinking). RealD XLW is the way to go, can't fit it here though, but....
Here the RealDXLW is at on at all times ZERO 2D.Yeah!!!
On a Torus! That has got to rock, okay at Andreas behest I am including a top center channel.
Here the XLW slides out and a 2D screen also can be dropped down, not that I condone watching 2D in any way...
So by using far field studio monitors with cardioid directivity in the bass precisely aimed at the audience, I am planning on having my cake and eating it too.
