This unit seems to be way under-rated for all that it can do. Going for a paltry $185 shipped online, plus a free IMAX 3D BD DVD if purchased prior to 12/31/10 makes this a great deal IMHO.
I was reading the following review on it:

Aside from having the best implementation of Netflix and enhanced versions of some of the other online apps.
It has some great features as quoted from the review:
DLNA playback (which isn't crippled like it is on the Sony units) and Nero MediaHome 4 Essentials via the player.
An extension of the onboard USB media playback, the DLNA function enables users to remotely stream content stored on their PCs and networked storage, via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. The file and media format supported are:
Music: MP3, WMA, WAV
Photo: JPEG, PNG
Videos: Standard-definition (MPEG-1/2/4, DivX) and high-definition (MKV, H.264, DivX HD) clips in DTS and Dolby Digital surround sound
Nero MediaHome 4 Essential software is bundled to enable media server capability on a PC based on the Windows XP and Vista operating systems. The program features stronger format compatibility than Microsoft's Windows Media Player (which also allows file sharing), including DivX HD, MKV and AVCHD in 1080p resolution.
In our hands-on, onscreen visuals were smooth and crisp playing back HD clips through an 802.11n Wi-Fi connection, which required up to 90 seconds of data buffering each. We even managed to test an MKV file with a 5.1-channel DTS soundtrack successfully, though a multichannel Dolby Digital version outputted only stereo sound.
Gracenote will automatically pull CD details. This is a rather clever implementation to harness the full potential of the player's Web access. Instead of showing plain CD track numbers, the BX580 is able to display album cover art, artist names and individual song titles automatically pulled off the Internet. The process takes no longer than a few seconds and is initiated when a music CD is inserted into the disc player.
Furthermore, users can rip CDs directly to an external USB storage such as a thumbdrive or hard drive under its CD-recording function. The soundtracks are encoded in MP3 format using 128kbps, 192kbps, 320kps data compression or in lossless quality with ID3 metadata.
What more could you ask for?
