This is only 1 frame of lag and is comparable to the very best of LCD TV's in terms of input lag, correct?
Does anyone know what the difference is between Game-Standard and Game-Original? Game-Original seems to hold my settings for image quality where as Game-Standard seems to run game mode at default image quality settings. Maybe we gain input lag because the TV is reverting to default image quality while rendering the frames?
Onto my question,...
I have a weird problem when receiving input from my PC.
My PC is running an ATI 6870 video card in Windows7. I have my desktop resolution set to 1080. The TV is set to Game-Original and Full Pixel. I am receiving black borders on the edge screen and I do not understand why they are there. The native resolution is 1080p on the TV and 1080p is being sent from the computer. Why are the black bars here? I receive 1080p from the xbox360 as well under the exact same settings and I do not have the black bars. Any ideas as to what is going on?
