Netflix Streaming on Windows7 : Any Fix for Tearing? - Page 2

That would explain a lot of the tearing in Windows 7 Starter--

Windows 7 Starter just plain doesn't have Aero. You can't enable something that just isn't there.

This is ridiculous and unfortunate. Why should something like streaming internet video be tied to something like that, when the hardware is capable? Maybe because Netflix uses Silverlight and Silverlight is also Microsoft. :-\
