How to get the CSI Miami look on my videos?

I watch the CSI Miami shows on CBS and I keep wondering how they get the fantastic colors that we see. Anyone knows what kind of filters are being used?
I would love to get the same results with my new CX500V!

Thanks

The CSI Miami look you hire a bunch of dumb actors that don't know a thing about the topic of law enforcement and could really benefit from a couple of acting classes at any of a number of local community colleges

Sorry, couldn't resist.

Anyway, the topic is not as unique as you might think.

you should not resist - the shows make people believe that CSI people are hot/handsome and work in tight pants with thongs and in suits...... and not in "space suits" like they do over here.....

Camera has little to do with it. I saw a site that plug ins for sale to emulate that look. Each CSI show has its own look, miami has pumped up orange/green, Vegas yellow/red (I think, been awhile since I seen it) and NY has lot of blue (cold look).
CSI Miami is the most apparent in how they pump up the color (I think they go over board).
